A brief note. These are some of the first DSLR videos I've shot, with my Canon EOS 5D Mark II and a camera-mounted Røde shotgun mic. For the 2012 Vashon Island Pops Concert I shot everything from right down on the VHS gym floor. Looking back, I probably should have been up in the top back row of the bleachers, shooting down onto the floor from above. Except then I would have had to do something about crowd noise. hmm...
