I will be happy to see as many people as can come and see the games and
support us because it's very important for us and women's basketball. I'm
just happy for the USA women because they have this professional league,
because when I was in college here in 1991, I knew many talented college
players who had nowhere to play here. Just keep it up and expand the league
so more players have a chance to play professionally in the states.

I think we do have much to learn and teach from each other because first
of all we respect each other and get along very well, and we both have
experience, but different experience, so I take as much from her here
in the states and I try to bring what I learned in Europe. We work well
together. We can play together, sometimes the coaches combine. We don't have
a problem with that.

Yes, I didn't lie. It was like we kind of got used to it, and some people
just tried to keep their life going. It was one time that I really had
a private practice, and the siren was on, and I just kept playing because
the gym was kind of a safe place in my opinion. Because even if the missiles
came to our area, it didn't matter where I was, it would crush me.

with the league yet, but I can say that Carolyn Young is a very good player.

Not even close to what I've seen here. First of all, there are many people
that come to see the game. The style of the crowd is different. They
might be noisier in Israel but there are more people here at the games.
It's a great feeling to play in front of so many people.

I'm really happy to be here instead of playing in Israel. That was the
goal of my life so I'm happy I did it. I was born in Israel. I played there
and did everything there. I was MVP, had two different championships with
two different club teams, my team made it to the semi-finals in the Ronketi
tournament in Europe. I wanted to make a change. I wanted to be part
of the best league in the world. I came from a small country and wanted
the honor of playing in a big country like the United States.
Where you shocked on the Brian Agler jump to the WNBA as coach of Minnesota?

I think the basketball is at a high level. It's a very fast game. In the
competition aspect, you have to be good every game or else you pay for it. You
can't make too many mistakes.
How as the transistion been for the Blizz without Barbara and adding two new players

Of course it didn't help us that she got hurt, but we have some other good
players, so we did alright. Now she's recovered, and we're happy that
she will be with us in our next game.
